How did the name of this website come about? That’s a great question! The words ‘SMARTER‘ and ‘PRAC‘ (derived from the word ‘Practice’) were formed together to reflect an emphasis on having regular practice in understanding and applying the Mathematical concepts into various contextual questions, whilst understanding how the type(s) of method(s) used to answer each question (which varies) came about. These understandings of the ‘How?’ [i.e. the reason(s)] will enable the student to connect the links between each step in each method, and how each question would ask for different requirements for a particular topic, hence strengthening flexibility when applying the concepts.
